Love long weekends!

The finale to my four day weekend has to be this amazing dish from Burnt Toast restaurant! Mmm, how I love chocolate chip pancakes. As the next 2 weeks begin my finals frenzy I am going to crack the whip on myself to accomplish all my tasks on my to do list! Hopefully foods like this will keep me energized!
